October 10 - Saturday, Rosary Rally, 12:00pm at the corner of North Duke and East Liberty.  All are welcome to join our faithful prayer warrior on the second Saturday each month to pray the rosary.


October 14 - Wednesday, 7:00pm at St John Neumann Church, "Male and Female...God Created Them"   A compassionate  presentation of the medical, cultural, and theological perspectives on gender.  In order to understand better how to approach this sensitive issue. 


October 16 - Fridays through December 18, Men's Bible Study, Jesus - The Way, the Truth, and the Life.  All adult men Ages 18 and over are invited to participate in a ten-session Bible study which invites you to come to know and love Jesus in a deeper and more personal way.
The group will meet on Friday evenings at 7:30pm in Room 108, the "Comfy" room. The study will be facilitated by Deacon Carl and presented by Jeff Cavins, renowned Bible Scholar of Ascension Press. The study involves a thirty-minute video with reflection and discussion. Cost of materials per participant is $30 for the guide and workbook and chart. The study will run from October 16-December 18.
Filmed on location in the Holy Land, this study offers a powerful look at who Jesus is, what he taught, and what he accomplished for our salvation. Through this study, you will encounter Jesus in a new way and discover how his words and actions reveal the path to true life and lasting hope.

October 17-18 - Baby Bottle Blessings, there will be empty baby bottles available for parishioners to take home and fill with spare change, bills or write a check to donate to A Woman's Concern, Lancaster's Pregnancy and Parenting Resource Center. Please return the filled baby bottles the weekend of October 31-November 1.
Services offered are free, confidential pregnancy testing, limited ultrasound exams for eligible clients, and STI/STD testing. Note that A Woman's Concern does not perform or refer for abortions or emergency contraception.
The Strong Families program offers parenting classes, lactation support, life skills workshops, and the Courageous Dads mentorship program for men.
Emergency necessities like diapers and formula for families in need are also provided.
Please remember to take an empty baby bottle, take it home and fill it with your spare change and bills. The return date for the filled bottles is Sunday, November 1. A collection bin will be available in the hallway outside of the church doors.
